Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SDA Flow, at sdaflow.com (the “Site”), a service of Tompkins R&D (tompkinsrnd.com)(“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SDA Flow provides software to Seventh-day Adventist congregations. It is not owned, operated or managed by, and is not affiliated in any official capacity with, the Seventh-day Adventist Church, its General Conference, the North American Division, or adventist.org.

2. The Site and the churches that use it

This Site describes the service and lets a church ask for a workspace. A church that uses the service does so under its own arrangement with us, and each church’s own site carries its terms and privacy statement for its members. Asking for a workspace does not create an account or an obligation on either side.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, submit information you have no right to share, or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload it.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from its use.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
