Privacy Statement

This statement explains what SDA Flow (sdaflow.com), a service of Tompkins R&D (tompkinsrnd.com), collects on this Site and how it is used. What a church keeps about its own members is described in that church’s privacy statement, on its own site.

1. What we collect here

• A request for a workspace: what you type into the form — the church, your name and email address, and any phone number, conference, attendance, interests and message — and the network address it was sent from, which we use only to limit how often one address can send it.
• Mail you send us at info@sdaflow.com.

The Site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The operators who run the service sign in on a separate address with a single essential cookie.

2. How we use it

Only to answer you and, if your church goes ahead, to set up its workspace. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

3. Service providers

Hosting and email delivery, to run the Site and pass your request to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Keeping and removing it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and to follow up. Ask us at info@sdaflow.com to see, correct or delete what you sent.

5. Changes

We may update this statement from time to time; the effective date above shows when it last changed. See also the Terms of Service.
